– Maximum Account Credit of $500.00 applies to all accounts. Any value above this must be paid before any additional services will be provided.
– All accounts are payable within 30 days of the Invoice date. (This applies to both business and private customers.)

– New customers receiving any promotional rates must pay onsite via cash,
direct deposit or credit card.
– Customers experiencing hardship must call our office within 30 days to arrange a payment plan to avoid reissue of invoice.
-Due to an overwhelming amount of unpaid accounts, we have reviewed our billing structure to address the above issue effective 1st March 2019.
All business and private Invoices (includes all account holders) will be promptly reissued without further notice after 30 days of the Invoice date with a 10% surcharge.
– A Final Notice and suspension of services will occur on the 60th Day of the original invoice date if no contact, payment or alternative arrangement has been made.
– On the 90th day of the original invoice, debt recovery procedures will commence.
– In the event of an Insurance Claim, the customer is required to pay the invoice in accordance with the above terms and conditions. We do not wait for insurance settlement dates for payment as these can be lengthy and/or declined.
Technical Reports attract a $80.00 Inc GST fee.
All Quotes are valid for 4 weeks only.
Warranty work will not extend beyond 30 days if full payment has not been received and
contact with our office regarding late payment has not been made.
* Although we endeavor to save and retrieve all data on Harddrives, we do not accept responsibility for data loss. We encourage all our customers to backup data regularly to avoid any such loss. We also advise all customers to purchase Cyber Liability Insurance to protect your business from hacking and ransomware.
